Nagel machines are backed by dedicated service engineers. With facilities located in every major global manufacturing hub, a service team is always close to our customers.
Nagel machines are engineered to minimize service down time. With Ethernet technology, our controls engineers have the ability to troubleshoot the equipment offsite. This technology also aids in minimizing the repair time, should a visit by our service technicians be necessary.
Nagel also carries a large inventory of non commercial items commonly used in our equipment, which is available for immediate shipment. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities enable us to respond to customer emergencies in a timely manner.
Machine Rebuilding
Nagel offers extensive rebuilding services for existing (both Nagel’s and competitor’s) Honing, Superfinishing and Deep Hole Drilling equipment. Service includes complete disassembly of the machine down to its individual components, repair / replace worn out mechanical components, repaint the machine, and upgrade or replace machine controls. The rebuilt machines are qualified both on Nagel’s and customer’s floor to meet specifications.
Some tooling changes and minor upgrades can be performed at customer site, eliminating the need to transport the machine. Extensive upgrades however will have to be performed at Nagel’s facility.
