Low volume flexible machines are designed for quick change-over and can be partially or fully automated. High volume production systems are fully automated and require very little operator intervention.

Single Precision Nagel FLP Series
Single precision line machines are suitable for low and medium volume applications and are designed for multi-shift production with high stock removal rates. The innovative machine boasts a high level of performance – with high precision bearings, solid construction and integrated tool cooling for excellent stability and running smoothness. The machines are controlled by powerful PLC.

High Precision Nagel Double Disk Series
High precision series machines are suitable for medium and high volume applications and for large components. The machine can be used as a double disk micro grinding machine as well as a flat lapping machine. Highly cushioned granite chassis offers unprecedented rigidity and accuracy.
